Exchange Advisor Council for 2026 announced

Exchange Advisor Council for 2026 announced

Exchange is slated for March 15–18, 2026 in Las Vegas, at the Virgin Hotels. As always, Exchange is built by advisors, for advisors.

Building on the success of 2025, Exchange 2026 will again feature a dedicated “Advisor Council” to help craft a valuable conference experience tailored to the advisor community.

This year, the Exchange Advisor Council (“EAC”) represents an even wider array of people and roles from the financial advisor, ETF strategist, and gatekeeper ecosystem. They will ensure all attendees receive cutting-edge thought leadership, best-in-class networking, and unique opportunities to give back to the broader community.

Here is the list of the 2026 Exchange Advisor Council:

  • Eric Biegeleisen, 3EDGE Asset Management
  • John Davi, Astoria Advisors
  • Katharine Earhart, Fairlight Advisors
  • John Graves, The Renaissance Group
  • Robin Kaukonen, Summit Global Investments
  • Jim Mocci, EP Wealth Advisors
  • Bill Roach, Globalt Investments
  • Komson Silapachai, Sage Advisory
  • Kaisa Stucke, Confluence Investment Management
  • Wanda Toro, Finances for Real Life
  • Andrew Tudor, Zenith Wealth Advisors

Eric Biegeleisen brings the 3Edge

Eric Biegeleisen got his MBA at Boston University and is currently a partner and deputy chief investment officer with 3Edge Asset Management. He’s been a frequent Exchange presence over the years and is a core member of the ETF Strategist community. He conducts interviews as part of ETF Trends’ Meet a Strategist series, contributes regular investment content, and lends his expertise to financial advisors.

Biegeleisen took his knowledge to the Exchange stage in 2025, speaking on a panel about international investing, exploring the fundamental drivers and the ETFs that provide compelling exposure in developed and emerging markets.

John Davi, Astoria Portfolio Advisor’s Macro Strategist

The Founder and CEO of Astoria Portfolio Advisors, John Davi has over 25 years of experience. Prior to founding Astoria, he was Morgan Stanley’s Institutional ETF Content head. He structured portfolio solutions for many of the world’s largest institutional asset managers. In 2011, Bloomberg recognized John Davi as an “ETF Master Chef.”

He’s also a core member of the ETF Strategist community and a staple at the Exchange conference. At the 2025 edition, John shared best practices for trading ETFs and building portfolios using them — apt, as he manages ETF models and has even launched his own strategies in the ETF wrapper.

Katharine Earhart journeys from Shakespeare to finance

Earhart studied Shakespeare at University of California, Los Angeles. Though she set out to become a literature professor, she landed at Charles Schwab and discovered a passion for educating people about investments, the stock market, and financial planning. She further honed those skills over 14 years with iShares at BlackRock. She co-founded Fairlight Advisors in 2019 to offer investment advisory for nonprofits.

Earhart attended Exchange in 2025 and was a featured panelist for the session “Values, goals, impact AND performance? Yes! Here’s how,” where she shared her successes meeting her clients’ goals for impact investments and values-based portfolio construction.

Andrew Tudor helps clients reach the Zenith

As a community volunteer, Tudor clocked a lack of quality service and alignment for organizations that serve women and diverse communities. This led to a passion to help institutions better invest for impact. His background in charitable giving and investment expertise gives him a unique blend of skills as an investment advisor at Zenith Wealth Partners. In 2021, he was awarded the prestigious NextGen Financial Services Professional Award from The American College of Financial Services. He was also named in the 50 under 50 from the Association of African American Advisors.

Tudor shared the stage with Earhart at Exchange 2025, where they discussed impact investing values-based portfolio construction.

John Graves brings about a “Renaissance” for clients

A financial advisor with nearly four decades of experience, Graves is one of the two owners of The Renaissance Group, LLC. Outside of the world of finance, Graves is called by the sea, and crossed both the Pacific and the Atlantic in small sailboats. He is an avid adventure traveler deeply invested in his clients’ financial independence.

Wanda Toro, together on your journey

The founder of Finances for Real Life, Toro has 24 years of experience. In 1993, she started as a solo advisor and brings a wealth of experience to help her clients build their finances for, well, their real lives. She helps families get from where they are to where they want to be.

Komson Silapachai offers Sage Advisory

Prior to being named a Partner at Sage Advisory in 2021, Silapachai was the vice president of research and portfolio strategy. His responsibilities included macro strategy, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and sustainability. He holds a B.B.A. in finance from Texas A&M University. Additionally, Silapachai volunteers with retired racing greyhounds and helps youth through Partnerships for Children. Komson and the Sage Advisory team are vital members of the ETF Strategist community.

Robin Kaukonen at the Summit

Summit Global Investment’s Robin Kaukonen has over 30 years of investment experience. Prior to joining SGI in 2022, she was an investment officer at Oregon State Treasury, where she managed portfolios in excess of $5 billion AUM. She spent a majority of her career as an equity sales trader at both Legman Brothers and ITG. Outside of the world of finance, she enjoys tennis, cycling, swimming, hiking, and acting.

Jim Mocci of EP Wealth Advisors

EP Wealth Advisors’ Head of Marketing Jim Mocci is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive financial services experience. His storied career includes notable organizations like Fisher Investments and Blackrock, where he was responsible for significant initiatives and operation strategies. He holds degrees in both science and arts from University of California, Berkeley.

Bill Roach of GLOBALT returns as a council member

Bill Roach joined GLOBALT in 1991 and serves as the CEO and president. He has 40+ years of investment experience. Prior to joining GLOBALT, Mr. Roach was a vice president of marketing and client services for Western Asset Management and prior to that was a vice president of institutional fixed income services for Security Pacific Merchant Bank. Before that, he completed Goldman Sachs’ extensive training program and provided financial advice on a broad range of fixed income securities to public funds, insurance companies, and investment managers.

Roach is an important leader in the ETF Strategist and the Exchange community. He has served on the Exchange Advisor Council since its inception. At Exchange 2025, Bill shared his insights on the panel “Data into action: What’s next for the advisor industry?” and believes Exchange is, “the most meaningful ETF conference annually.”

Kaisa Stucke offers a confluence of talents

The Chair of the Asset Allocation Committee at Confluence Investment Management, Stucke performs in-depth market research and has authored market commentary for both Daily Comment and Bi-Weekly Geopolitical Report. She worked as a financial analyst for IPR International, based in Philadelphia, PA. She has a BA in economics and mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania.
