Jonathan Wright, founder and managing partner at Wright Time Financial, was interviewed on the Exchange show floor earlier this year. He discussed his practice and the value of the conference.
Wright brings values & value
Wright Time Financial is just two years old, but Wright shared that the people in the firm are deeply experienced. “We’re really a values-based, Christian-based firm. We’re really focused on helping the clients and helping them achieve their goals,” he said. Wright Time Financial is based in Atlanta but has a reach across the East Coast and is looking to expand to the West Coast.
Wright on his investment philosophy
In the interview, Wright stressed the value of having a long-term view as well as a game plan. Accordingly, understanding goals is essential for clients. “They don’t have to shoot for the stars and hit home runs. Hitting base hits is perfectly fine,” he noted. Wright wants his clients to understand their own goals and what they are investing in.
Community is also critical. “We go out into the church, we go out into areas of the community where we might think [people]are overlooked just to make sure that they are getting the same information and opportunities to invest just like anybody else,” he explained.
On the value of Exchange
The Exchange conference provides an enormous educational benefit. “This is one of those opportunities to network, learn best practices, and also give my advisors an opportunity to learn new techniques, new tools, that we can bring back to our clients.”
Speaking of the content, he pointed to Dr. David’s Kelly’s session as being particularly insightful. Additionally, he stressed that the conference shared a broad range of compelling, actionable ideas.
“This has been an amazing opportunity, and I really encourage eithers to join us as well,” Wright shared.
